Teeling Whiskey Distillery
All of our tours are fully guided and offer visitors the chance to experience the complete whiskey making process with one of our Teeling Whiskey Ambassadors. Each of our tours conclude with a tasting of our award winning Teeling Whiskeys, with a selection of tasting options available to suit the novice and aficionado alike.
A selection of pre-book language tour options also available. The Teeling Whiskey Distillery is open 7 days a week, with tours running every 20 mins from 10:00am to 5:40pm. Due to the high volume of visitors to the distillery at present please do book well in advance in order to secure your booking.

Rascals Brewing
Rascals Brewing was founded in 2014 by Emma Devlin and Cathal O’Donoghue. The pair were living and working in New Zealand and developed a taste and passion for the booming Kiwi craft beer industry. In the spirit of adventure, they decided to change careers entirely and set up their own craft brewery back home in Dublin. Since then, Rascals has brewed all manner of wonderful beer, from Chardonnay Saisons to Mint Choc Stouts to Strawberry Vanilla Milkshake IPAs.

Pearse Lyons Distillery
Pearse Lyons Distillery at St. James has been born out of a personal passion for brewing and distilling, an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep rooted family connection with The Liberties. “We have always dreamed about having an Irish Whiskey distillery in Dublin. We set upon a journey of finding the perfect location, and in 2013, we discovered St. James’ Church and were drawn to its rich history and The Liberties.
The location in the centre of Dublin’s historic whiskey district was ideal, and the cast of colourful characters associated with
St.James’ Church, including my grandfather, John Hubert Lyons who is buried in the graveyard, made it even more special.

Abseiling
Carlingford Adventure Centre offer you the opportunity to test your Rock Climbing skills on a natural rock face climbing wall with 8 different climbs of varying difficulty. The highest climb is 45ft with amazing views over Carlingford Lough. After every wall climb comes the fun part abseiling back down, but don’t worry you will be trained and guided through every movement and step.

Electric Picnic
Electric Picnic is an annual arts-and-music festival which has been staged since 2004 at Stradbally Hall in Stradbally, County Laois.

The Big Grill Festival
The festival celebrates the art of cooking with fire & smoke bringing chefs cooks and pitmasters from Ireland, UK and further along with over 20,000 visitors to smell, taste, discover and learn about all kinds of barbecuing, grilling, smoking, vegetables, meats, delicacies and drinks.
Over 20 restaurants join for the weekend, with the only rule being they must cook with live fire using natural charcoal and wood only; no gas or electricity!
